Release Commemoration Special Broadcast: Movie "Shin Kamen Rider" Premise / Act 1 Kumo Augment-01 (公開記念“特別放送”: 映画『シン・仮面ライダー』幕前／第１幕 クモオーグ, Kōkai Kinen Tokubetsu Hōsō: Eiga Shin kamen Raidā Makumae/Dai-ichi Maku Kumoōgu) is a TV special which contained the first 23 minutes of Shin Kamen Rider footage and was broadcasted on MBS in order to promote the movie.[1] This is the first time for MBS to broadcast newly-made Kamen Rider footage since the end of Kamen Rider Black RX in 1989.
