Description:
This is the second mini-album following the "Mini Album Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger 1" released on May 19. The theme song single featured Isao Sasaki and Miyako Horie, and Mini Album 1 featured Psychic Lover, Mayumi Gojo, and other artists associated with the Super Sentai of the past.
This album will also include an insert song by the same artists who sang the theme songs of the past. It will also include four new songs including an action song by Takeshi Tsuruno.

5月19日に発売された『ミニアルバム 機界戦隊ゼンカイジャー1』に続く、ミニアルバム第2弾。主題歌シングルではささきいさお、堀江美都子を、ミニアルバム1ではサイキックラバー、五條真由美と歴代スーパー戦隊ゆかりのアーティストを起用し大きな話題となったが、今作でも歴代主題歌を歌唱したアーティストによる挿入歌を収録予定。その他つるの剛士によるアクション曲など新曲4曲を含む全6曲を収録。
